Market when you have clients
November 15th, 2007 by Alexander KohlThere is no better time to market yourself than when you have clients.
I received an email the other day from someone asking me whether he could purchase the Passionate Training and not start it until later. The reason was that he was busy with some clients.
Most businesses go through phases of ebb and flow. While in the flow with lots of clients, nothing is done to retain them or get new clients. Why would you, all is great.
But then the flood stops and suddenly it becomes really important to get new clients.
Can you imagine the difference in your energy in both states? When you have clients, it is so simple to be a successful, certain health practitioner. When you need clients, you will communicate exactly that: small and uncertain.
So, it is essential to use the successful times to catapult yourself further.
My wife’s exercise group goes really well, the 6th person has joined as well, she is elated.
So, we talked about marketing activities again and she was excited about them. But then she said: “What if I get so many people that I cannot handle them all.”
I think that would be a nice problem to have. And the easiest solution is to tell some of them: sorry, I am full.
So, go for it with your marketing, especially when things are going well.
